We use your information to process and ship orders, send order updates, respond to your questions, prevent fraud, improve our website, and, if you opt in, send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

We share only what is needed with service providers that help us run the store: our website platform (Wix), our payment processor (Stripe), our fulfillment and supplier partners, and shipping carriers, who receive your name and address to deliver your order. We do not sell your personal information.

PART 2: TERMS OF SERVICE

9. Products and descriptions

We work to describe and photograph our jewelry accurately. Colors may vary slightly by screen, and small differences in finish or size can occur. Our jewelry is fashion jewelry. Stones are described as stated in each product listing (for example cubic zirconia, zircon or moissanite), and faux pearls are described as such.

10. Prices and orders

Prices are in US dollars. An order is confirmed only after payment is accepted and you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order in case of a pricing error, stock issue or suspected fraud.

11. Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes about 4–10 business days in total. Standard shipping is free. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

12. Returns and refunds

You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn and in their original condition. Email helpilvara@outlook.com with your order number to start a return. After we receive and inspect the item, we refund your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In that case, contact us with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

13. Jewelry care and skin sensitivity

To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions and chemicals. If you have sensitive skin, please check the materials listed in each product description.

14. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photos, logos and design, belongs to Ilvara or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ilvara is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
