Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes about 3–8 business days after dispatch (4–10 business days in total). Standard shipping is free on all US orders. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. To start a return, email helpilvara@outlook.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In that case, contact us with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
